'Full day or half day of complete relaxation and stress busting, powered by hypnosis' - Up to 10 delegates
This day is designed to totally unwind work place stress in a way that only hypnosis can do. Not only will it allow delegates to completely relax and let go of stress, it will also leave them with a lasting effect as the hypnosis experienced during the day will embed itself into the subconscious mind for ongoing effect.
This can be booked as a stand alone day to remove stress or booked as a regular follow up/refresher training day after completing the initial Stress and Anxiety Management training days.
This course is conducted at your workplace.
All that is required is a room big enough to seat up to 20 delegates.
