We cover both quick techniques that can be done at work in real time as well as more in depth techniques to utilise during breaks and at home. The course can also includes a powerful group hypnosis session if requested, to reset stress levels and create a strong starting point for reducing future stress.

Mindfulness in schools and classrooms is rapidly gaining recognition for helping achieve better focus, concentration and reducing anxiety and stress. Becoming more aware of the present moment can help us enjoy the world around us more and understand ourselves better. Mindfulness lets us 'stand back' from our thoughts and start to see their patterns. Gradually, we can teach ourselves to notice when our thoughts are taking over and possibly becoming destructive or negative in nature. To this end, mindfulness in school offers some exciting benefits.
In the school environment, "Mindfulness training has at least five broad beneficial effects", according to Felicia Huppert, Professor of Psychology of the University of Cambridge’s Well-Being Institute. [1]
Specifically, mindfulness promotes:
- Increased sensory awareness
- Greater cognitive control
- Enhanced regulation of emotions
- Acceptance of transient thoughts and feelings; and
- The capacity to regulate attention [1]

Studying for an important exam can be an extremely stressful time. Some exam nerves are of course normal, however more and more students are finding these nerves are overwhelming and taking over their lives. This session is designed to help overcome exam nerves, tackle the feeling of despair/fear of failure and replace it with a host of strategies to both overcome such nerves and maximise the chances of attaining the best possible results.
