Absolute Wellbeing Norfolk is the unique collaboration of two highly professional, experienced and dedicated wellbeing practitioners. Together we create, facilitate and deliver bespoke workshops and group sessions for corporate events, private groups and organisations. These sessions are available and appropriate for all levels within each organisation. We have over 50 years combined experience working in wellbeing and running successful therapy and clinical practices incorporating; Stress & Anxiety Management, Mindfulness, Yoga, Holistic Reflexology, Emotional Freedom Technique, Hypnotherapy, CBT, Menopause Workshop, Havening, Meditation, Therapeutic Massage and Reiki (see full list below).

During sessions we OBSERVE, IDENTIFY and FEEDBACK any additional requirements for the group or individuals with the option of focused 1:1 sessions where appropriate.​
