I previously worked as a trainer for KLM Royal Dutch Airlines before joining the Police here in Norfolk. For 11 years, I worked as a Police Control Room Supervisor with Norfolk Constabulary. On the outside, I was the "fixer"—the person everyone leaned on. But behind the scenes, the pressure was building. I didn't realise I was heading for a total collapse until it happened.
