Finished ☺️👍🎉🎉 Wanted to share my final result with you all. So me being me, I was quite strict but not super strict. Stoodnonnthebscake this morning. Remember weighing yourself is not an accurate way to measure fat loss as it weighs total body weight so may include water, muscle etc. However the total drop was 6.5 pounds 🎉🎉 And I wasn't a big sugar ester anyway so if you are a real sweet tooth person then you should be nicely surprised 😯

So next I measure body fat percentage to see just how much fat has gone. It has dropped 2.8% 👍That's the figure I'm really interested in as it's just fat loss! I will definitely be eating less sugar from now 🙌💯

P.S. That's not actually me in the picture before you say anything 🤣🤣

How is everyone going? Don't worry if you have the odd slip or miss a day. Keep going and remember it's a lifestyle shift...you are NOT dieting. So far I've lost 2lbs💪 No diet, no hunger, just swapped the sugary treats for better, healthier ones🎉🎉

👋Attention iPhone users👋

When you get to the free hypnosis download you may need a free app called VLC Player to listen. Newer iPhones should play it, but older ones may need the VLC player app. iPhones are always so awkward 😜 Apple want you to pay to play content through their platform so make it difficult. You can get round that by downloading a free app from their app store called 'VLC Player'. It will play the file quite happily for you 😁 Any problems let me know. I will upload a link in that step later today which will let you stream the session instead of you don't want to download the free app.

Tried to download the audio onto my iPhone. It's saved in my files but not able to open as an audio!?
