PAYMENT TERMS

 

  • All group and 1:1 sessions MUST be paid for in full, 14 days prior to commencement.

  • Late bookings/payment within 14 days can be arranged only by contacting 'Absolute Wellbeing Norfolk' beforehand.

  • Payment can be made online via direct bank transfer:

  • Cash payments can only be made with prior arrangement.

  • Any invoiced payment must be made immediately upon receipt of said invoice - a 20% surcharge will be applied to any late payments not received after 7 days of receipt of said invoice. 

Payment terms

CANCELLATION BY CLIENT

 

  • Clients cancelling a course, changing course date or switching courses, delivered by 'Absolute Wellbeing Norfolk', must do so at least 10 working days in advance in order to avoid paying a 50% cancellation fee.

  • If Cancellation notice is received less than 5 working days prior to the course date, the cancellation charge will be 100% of the training fee.

 

  • Customers wishing to substitute a registered delegate from the same company need to first check with 'Absolute Wellbeing Norfolk' that this is acceptable. If agreed, you may do so up to the commencement of the course without penalty, other than any substitution costs incurred by 'Absolute Wellbeing Norfolk'.

  • Delegate no-shows on the day, are non refundable and subject to payment for the full amount.

CANCELLATION OF COURSE BY US

 

  • If on very rare occasions it becomes necessary, 'Absolute Wellbeing Norfolk' reserves the right to cancel or change a class at any time, including but not limited to, COVID lock down, lack of participation, classroom, equipment or trainer availability.

​

  • Notification will be provided within 10 days of the class, whenever possible.

​

  • If an alternative date cannot be arranged, registered delegates will not be charged for the course.

​​

  • 'Absolute Wellbeing Norfolk' is not liable for any direct, or indirect, consequential or special damages or loss that may be incurred due to a cancellation of a scheduled class, including, but not limited to, loss of earnings, cancellation penalties for transportation or accommodations. The customer or student's sole remedy shall be the refund of prepaid course fees.

GENERAL DISCLAIMER

 

  • Delegates are expected to behave in a professional manner. Any issues will be notified immediately to relevant personnel.

  • 'Absolute Wellbeing Norfolk' reserve the right to ask any disruptive delegates to leave a session. Should this occur, no refund will be given.

​

  • 'Absolute Wellbeing Norfolk' shall not be liable for damages of any kind resulting from errors or omissions in the training materials nor shall 'Absolute Wellbeing Norfolk' be liable for any damages resulting from the use of the training materials, hypnosis, self hypnosis, movement sessions or other information/techniques conveyed at any 'Absolute Wellbeing Norfolk' session/course.

  • Attendees are responsible for their personal health and safety, including participation in movement and yoga sessions, working in a safe way to accommodate any personal health or mobility issues.

  • Use and Access to the Site - All users of this Site do so at their own risk. 'Absolute Wellbeing Norfolk' makes no representations or warranties of any kind with respect to the Site and the use thereof, including the security of any data or information transmitted to the Site. Neither 'Absolute Wellbeing Norfolk' nor any other party involved in the creation, production or delivery of this Site assumes or accepts any liability for any costs, losses, damages, etc. arising out of or in connection with the use and access to this Site, or with the failure of performance of this Site for any reason.

Site Membership Policy


Access to site membership pages is granted to delegates who have either attended a training course or  persons who have been given permission directly to access such pages. 

​

Access is given so that delegates can refresh their learning and maintain their wellbeing through regular use of the techniques and information provided.

​

Any copying, reproduction, redistribution or publishing of any materials therein, without express prior permission is strictly forbidden as all material is and remains the property of 'Absolute Wellbeing Norfolk'.

Members are not authorised to share any materials contained within membership pages or allow others to access such pages using their log in details. Any infringement or abuse will result in the members access being immediately removed and permanently blocked from the site.
