Absolute Wellbeing Norfolk is the unique collaboration of two highly professional, experienced and dedicated wellbeing practitioners. Together we create, facilitate and deliver bespoke workshops and group sessions for schools, corporate events, private groups and organisations. We have over 50 years combined experience working in wellbeing and running successful therapy and clinical practices incorporating; Stress & Anxiety Management, Mindfulness, Yoga, Holistic Reflexology, Emotional Freedom Technique, Hypnotherapy, CBT, Havening, Meditation, Therapeutic Massage and Reiki (see full list below).

We work with groups of between 4 and 15 people per session (we can offer multiple sessions per day). Certain modules allow for larger groups of up to 35.
