How much of what you do is to make yourself happy? How much time do you spend trying to keep everyone else happy? Are you even happy? At first glance we usually say we do what we want in life but the reality is often far different when you actually stop and pay attention to your daily actions. It’s more common to find you spend a great deal of time trying to keep others happy and in fact forgetting ourselves!
Now of course depending on the circumstances, that can be a good thing such as caring for another who is ill or recovering from injury, but if it’s for other reasons such as out of fear of a partner or to be noticed or because you have become stuck in a situation you feel you can’t control?
It’s time to make some changes.....
All too often we become blinkered to our original dreams and hopes in life. If this sounds like you, ask yourself these questions:
1. Am I happy doing what I am doing?
2. How much of what I do makes me happy?
3. Who steals the lions share of my time and energy?
4. What do I want from life?
5. What’s actually stopping me?
These questions are actually quite hard to answer if you are brutally honest with yourself, but once you have the answers to these, you can actually start to change your direction and claw back the things that make you happy. Use visualisation and #selfhypnosis to accelerate change in your life......Listen to your heart and start following your dreams once again!
